Paid Plans and Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay.
- Taxi operator plans (Pro and Fleet) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then moves to the Free plan. Switching plans takes effect immediately, and the difference for the rest of the period is charged or credited at that time. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the card and move the account to the Free plan if payment is not completed.
- Advertising plans are covered by our Advertising Terms.
- Support contributions are voluntary and do not buy a product or service.
We may change plan prices or features. Price changes for an active plan apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you in advance. If you think you were charged in error or want to request a refund, contact us and we will review it; refunds are handled case by case unless required by law.
08 · For operators
Taxi Operator Portal
The taxi operator portal is a tool for operators to manage their own bookings, trips, drivers, and vehicles. Anguilla Ferry Times is not a taxi operator and is not a party to any ride, booking, or payment between an operator and their customer.
