Vincy On The Beach is a beloved hilltop restaurant on Back Street, South Hill, Anguilla, sitting above Sandy Ground with panoramic views over the bay and moored boats. Chef-owner Vincia "Vincy" Hughes has over 35 years of culinary experience from Anguilla top resorts including Viceroy/Four Seasons. She moved the restaurant from Sandy Ground beach to the current Back Street hilltop location in mid-November 2023. Ranked #2 of 6 South Hill restaurants on TripAdvisor with a 4.9 rating and Travelers Choice award as of May 2026. The official menu (confirmed May 2026) features appetizers including Conch Ceviche, Lobster Cake, and Conch Fritter at $20 each; soups including Conch Chowder $16, Fish Soup GF $12, and Roasted Pumpkin Soup DF $10; salads; a full entrees section with local crayfish and lobster at $45; pasta; kebobs; burgers including a Lobster Roll $25; tacos on soft shell; a kids menu; and desserts including Bread Pudding with bourbon sauce and locally made Bailey ice cream at $10.
