About Tropical Sunset Restaurant and Bar
Tropical Sunset Restaurant and Bar is a colourful beachfront restaurant and bar on the famous Shoal Bay East, one of Anguilla's most beautiful beaches. The menu is built around fresh Caribbean seafood and local specialties, all prepared fresh in house daily. Signature dishes include the Conch Fritter with Chef's secret spice blend, Anguillian Cracked Conch tenderized and deep-fried with marinara sauce, the Tropical Sunset Famous Coconut Shrimp with mango chutney aioli, and the Anguillian Deepwater Crayfish citrus marinated and grilled with herbs and garlic or lemon butter. Entrees are all served with rice and peas or french fries, coleslaw, and plantain. The bar features the Tropical Rum Punch ($13), Tropical Coladas and Daiquiris in eight flavours ($12 each), a full wine list ($10-$11 by the glass), beer (10 brands from $5-$6), mimosa specials available daily, and beer bucket specials. The BBQ meals section offers chicken, ribs, combo, grilled chicken breast, and kebabs. Sandwiches are served on French baguettes with fries.
