The Cap Shack is the signature casual beach bar at Belmond Cap Juluca, set directly on the western edge of Maundays Bay -- the only restaurant on the entire mile-long beach. The venue features driftwood tables, egg-style lounge chairs, a pastel-toned vintage food truck, and a relaxed open-air deck with views stretching to St. Martin in the distance. The Cap Shack is described by Belmond as a toes-in-the-sand barefoot luxury experience and by anguilla-beaches.com as the ultimate blend of barefoot luxury. Open to both resort guests and non-guests, Monday to Saturday 11am to 6pm.
