Since its opening in 2009, Sunset Lounge at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla has been the island's most iconic sunset destination and its most celebrated cocktail lounge. Imperially perched on a blufftop promontory that separates Barnes Bay from Meads Bay, the lounge is designed by internationally recognized designer Kelly Wearstler with floor-to-ceiling black marble, warm wood accents, and travertine tiles underfoot. The open-air design invites ocean breezes from three sides. The full menu celebrates the bold and diverse flavors of Asia: Izakaya Plates including Edamame, Crispy Rice with spicy tuna, Curry Shrimp, and the iconic Kobe Sliders on Johnny cake-style buns; Buddha Bowls including Kimchee Fried Rice, Ahi Tuna Poke, and Drunken Noodles; Nigiri and Sashimi with 14-piece Moriawase; and House Rolls including the signature Cray Roll with local crayfish and BBQ eel, The Valley Roll with lobster and plantain, the Sandy Sebastian with conch, crab, and scotch bonnet chutney, and the Rainbow Roll. Cocktails include the award-winning Passionate with Pyrat rum and passionfruit-Amaretto foam, the Berry Bliss mocktail, and martinis by bartender Reynaldo. A curated selection of vintage rums and fine Cuban cigars is available. Bar and all-day bites 11:30am to 11pm. Dinner 6pm to 11pm. Live music nightly 8pm to 11pm. Sunset ranges from 5:30pm in winter to 6:30pm in summer -- arrive well before for the best seats.
