About Quintessence
Quintessence Hotel's fine dining restaurant above Long Bay Beach is one of Anguilla's most intimate and celebrated culinary destinations. Chef Dominique brings 30 years of Anguilla experience and classical French training to a menu that fuses Caribbean ingredients with European technique. The result is a menu that spans foie gras-topped burgers, fresh conch ravioli with Creole butter, rack of lamb with ginger almond crust, veal surf and turf with Anguillian crayfish, and a classic French dessert menu. The wine and champagne cellar offers curated fine French wines and champagnes. Open for lunch and dinner by reservation to hotel guests and outside visitors. 18% service charge on all bills. Located above Long Bay Beach in a meticulously crafted boutique property built stone by stone over 10 years.
