Leon's at Meads Bay is a toes-in-the-sand beach restaurant and bar set directly on Meads Bay at Malliouhana Resort, one of Anguilla's most celebrated luxury properties. Named in honor of Malliouhana's founder Mr. Leon Roydon, the restaurant is painted crisp white with cheerful blue and yellow accents and offers hammock seating strung between palm trees, shaded high-top bar seating, and open beach loungers right at the water's edge. The menu, curated by Culinary Director Chef Kelston 'Sweets' Connor, takes an elevated Caribbean approach with an Asian twist: signature sushi rolls, sushi tacos, poke bowls, gourmet 12-inch pizzas, crispy starters, island grills, salads, and desserts. Signature dishes include the Leon's Dragon Bite Sampler, Bahamian Conch Fritters, Chef Sweets' World Famous Pad Thai, Leon's Signature Roll with lobster, salmon and tuna, the Reef and Beef Roll, and the Off d' Grill crayfish. The bar serves handcrafted cocktails including the Mali Rum Punch, Leon's Blue, and the Raspassion non-alcoholic option, plus an extensive wine list by the glass and bottle. Open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 11am to 6pm. Open Thursday and Sunday 11am to 9pm with live entertainment from 4pm. The weekly Thursday Meads Bay BBQ runs 6pm to 9pm with Mystic Vybz performing live. Sunday Funday runs 4pm to 9pm with Vere Musiq performing live from 5pm to 8:30pm. Walk-in only, no reservations required. A 17% service charge is added to all bills.
