E's Oven Restaurant and Bar is a beloved South Hill institution serving authentic Anguillian and Caribbean cuisine with a fine touch. The restaurant is named in tribute to owner and Executive Chef Vernon Hughes' late mother, who baked in a traditional stone oven now occupied by the bar. The full menu spans pumpkin soup, vegetable spring rolls, Caesar salad, pan-seared garlic crusted crayfish tails, grilled shrimp salad, marinated octopus salad, the signature roasted half chicken, curried Anguillian goat, creole conch, grilled lobster, grilled crayfish with garlic butter, coconut crusted grouper, grilled snapper, grilled mahi mahi, braised lamb shank, T-bone steak, sirloin steak, seafood pasta, macaroni pasta, burgers, sandwiches, fish and chips, and desserts including the Banana Rum Spice Crepe with coconut ice cream.
