Opened in 2017 by Chef Ben, originally from France, the restaurant is officially described as Anguilla's best-kept secret and is widely regarded as one of the island's most special dining experiences. The menu spans classic French bistro fare including escargot (6 or 12 pieces), French onion soup, mussel and fries, crispy goat cheese roll salad, 6-hour braised lamb shank, duck leg confit, beef bourguignon, chicken cordon bleu, and conch stew creole style, plus a full pizza menu and 7oz Angus beef burgers. The wine list is curated by Grands Vins de France Ltd. and features Champagne, white, rose, and red wines from across France. Dinner only, Monday to Saturday 5:30pm to 9:00pm. Closed Sunday.
