Bar Soleil is Malliouhana Resort's iconic cliffside lounge and bar, elevated on the main terrace of the historic Malliouhana building overlooking Meads Bay. Formerly known as the Sunset Bar, Bar Soleil has been redesigned and relaunched as a chic, open-air destination for handcrafted cocktails, colorful Caribbean shareable plates, and sunset views from one of the best vantage points on the island. Vaulted ceilings with candle-filled birdcages, Anguilla's famed Haitian art collection displayed on the walls, plush oversized couches on the terrace, and wide arched windows open to the sea all contribute to a setting described by TRUE Anguilla Magazine as setting the stage for romance and easy island living. Food and Wine 2025 Global Tastemakers named Bar Soleil one of the Top 10 International Hotel Bars in the world. The all-day menu (12pm-9:30pm) features tacos, flatbreads, small plates, sandwiches including the Anguillian Lobster Roll, Crispy Rice selections, Soleil Bowls, salads, dips and chips, fries, and desserts. The beverages menu features signature cocktails, mocktails, beers, martinis, and an extensive wine list by the glass including Whispering Angel Rose. 17% service charge on all bills.
