Merrywing Lobby Bar is the open-air social hub on the Merrywing Bay side of Aurora Anguilla Resort and Golf Club. Described as the heartbeat of Aurora Anguilla's social scene alongside its sister Rendezvous Lobby Bar, the bar offers an atmosphere of casual luxury with handcrafted cocktails, wines, fine spirits, and savory bites. The food menu features a Caprese with marinated heirloom tomato, basil, burrata, and balsamic; a classic Caesar salad; a Greek salad with kalamata olives and feta; chickpea hummus with toasted focaccia; Gambas al Ajillo with sauteed shrimp, smoked paprika, cognac, garlic, and olive oil; a Classic Spreads plate with hummus, tzatziki, and red pepper and feta dip served with pita; and three fresh-made pizzas including La Margherita, Sicilian, and Meat Lovers. The Island Cocktail Experience menu is also available at this location. 18% service charge on all bills. The Merrywing side of Aurora also features the Aurora Entertainment Park with an amphitheater, waterpark, and activity center, as well as Sole di Mare Mediterranean restaurant, Breezes beachfront restaurant with Saturday Mexican Nights live music, and Tokyo Bay.
