Open daily from 3pm to 11pm, the bar serves handcrafted cocktails using ingredients from Aurora's own organic hydroponic farm, savory small plates, fine wines, and one of the most extensive spirits collections on the island. Signature cocktails include the Old Anguillan, the Anguilla Crush with fresh garden cucumber, the Aurora Spritz, the Seaside with fresh garden mint, and the theatrical Cloud cocktail with 23-year-old Zacapa rum and tableside smoke. Food menu features Octopus a la Plancha, Blue Water Lobster Cake, Seared Bluefin Tuna, Conch Fritters, Caesar Salad, Grilled Salmon Salad, Classic Club Sandwich, Black Truffle Burger, and Margherita and Shrimp flatbread pizzas. Zero-proof cocktails are also available.
