Rotary Lookout Point is a scenic roadside deck on the east coast with panoramic ocean views in many shades of blue, once used for spotting whales. At low water you can do the shallow Moses walk out toward a small volcanic islet, and there is free parking and calm swimming to the side. A quick, memorable photo stop.
