Port Overview
Marigot Ferry Terminal, officially the Gare Maritime de Marigot, sits in the heart of Marigot town on the market square, making it easy to combine with a visit to the waterfront market or nearby restaurants before or after your crossing.
The one-way ferry fare is US$30 (or €30) for passengers aged 12 and older, and US$15 (or €15) for children aged 2–11. Fares are paid in cash directly onboard. A separate €7 passenger head fee applies to all travelers aged 4 and up, paid at the ticket office in euros or by card. USD is not accepted for this fee. Children under 4 are exempt.
Tickets are only available on-site; advance online booking is not currently possible. The terminal is open daily from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, including public holidays, except in cases of bad weather.
Marigot is on the French side of the island, roughly 20–30 minutes by taxi from Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) on the Dutch side. Most arriving air passengers take a taxi transfer to reach the terminal before boarding.
