Vehicles cannot be delivered to the ports (Blowing Point or AXA), but APEX/AVIS will take returning renters to their port of departure at no charge. A valid driver's licence from your home country is required, along with an Anguilla Temporary Driver's Licence at US $25. The minimum driver age is 25.
